Did You Get the Word?

my word was plain and simple
not complicated--bare bones
direct and straight to the point
that word you'll not like to hear, ...

¿Qué palabra? [I had to ask that, we are in la Vella, Andorra, tonight. Last night was the Carcassonne area of France, tomorrow night will be Barcelona, Spain.]

From that comment, you can tell I will be scarce reading your OSI posting again this week. I will try to make it up when I get back or in June for sure! Sorry.

One Single Impression: One word -- out-a-here

One word -- "out-a-here"

One word to say, I'll say it now.
Goodbye today, I'm "out-a-here."
Far away lands, they're calling me.
Don't ring your hands, I have no fear.

That word I'll say, good vibes are now.
Goodbye today, I'm "out-a-here."
Just picked my flight, Air France for me.
Toast for tonight, it rhymes with beer.

Adi Can ................... do National Start a Walk Day ... Looking At the Sky

Adi has already been walking for a long, long time. Twelve and a half years if you'd like to know.

We walk at least once a week, Adi would like to walk every day.

My cardiologist and my GP would like me to walk every day. My podiatrist said not to walk. That's two to one with Adi for walking, what do foot doctors know about these things anyway?

Oh yes, the sky, the sky. It was this blue, all over, not a cloud in sight on this pretty Texas morning.
