NaPoWriMo 2018-18 -- Day 18, a Poem, Breathe ...

 

 
Start, 
Breathe in: 

Fresh air 
and sunshine 
They make a pair 
Both help us sustain 
For Oxygen 
D vitamin 

Stop, 
Breath out: 

Go for a walk 
Such a pretty day 
A chance for us to talk 
Then what you say 
We can toss 
A rock  

(or two)

    I used to skip rocks in the river, streams and lake near our house growing up. :)
